Another pop star joins the Marvel club. Yes, you read it right! Megan There Stallion is now a part of the She-Hulk cast. This news was confirmed by the star herself during an interview with The Cut. The ‘Savage’ singer became a social media sensation through her freestyle videos and was later signed by 300 Entertainment.
She-Hulk: Attorney at law
She-Hulk first aired on Disney+ in August 2022 and is expected to air till October 13, 2022. The superhero legal drama stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, and the titular She-Hulk. Her character, an attorney by profession, navigates her way through all ups and downs of life and becomes a legend, the green-powered She-Hulk. The cast also includes actor Josh Segarra, who plays the role of Augustus on the show. Megan Thee Stallion is the latest addition to the show. Segarra opened up about the episode storyline which will also star the rap queen. According to the actor, the episode will follow a gentleman who is being catfished by somebody that lives in another universe, another world. The episode will concentrate on she-hulk and the team helping him figure it out.
The Rapper’s inspiration
Megan Thee Stallion’s goals don’t just stop at conquering the music world. For the rapper, whose track “Savage” became one of the biggest and first viral TikTok hits, legends Latifah and Ice cubes have always been her biggest inspiration. According to her, the two inspire her to take it further than just music. She wants to continue growing and venture out to directing and producing. She does not want to restrict herself to acting only. She grabbed a deal with Netflix in 2021 to create and produce content. Like all of us, she has been manifesting a reboot of Bring it On and wishes to be a part of its team. Stallion has always wanted to play the role of Isis.
